But who are we, anyway?

Our founder Jessie’s foray into fundraising and event planning came to life in an unexpected way: her self-orchestrated, out-of-the-box wedding that left guests awed by its creativity... and lining up to ask for help in planning their own. That was the beginning of "Celebrate with Jessie,” a niche venture that redefined event planning—and wove out-of-the-box fundraising into every memorable moment.
Jessie's knack for innovative fundraising has since guided her to lead over a hundred fundraising events worldwide. Her accomplishments include securing a transformative $21M universal Pre-K grant for a Jewish day school, coordinating Hazon’s New York Bike Ride & Retreat fundraiser, and scaling a friend’s consulting business from a solo operation to a million-dollar enterprise.
In 2024, Jessie founded Ziv Philanthropy to empower nonprofits with innovative fundraising strategies and help them achieve their missions. Her vision is to transform how organizations raise funds, ensuring they have the resources needed to make a lasting impact.

Jessie proudly serves as a professor at the Wurzweiler School of Social Work at Yeshiva University in the heart of New York City. There, she is on a mission to equip the next wave of movers and shakers with the know-how to not only dream big but also fund those dreams.

Jessie has a career built on a simple philosophy: make friends everywhere. From clients to vendors, and even the occasional politician, she believes in turning professional networks into a kind of extended family reunion (minus the awkward small talk).
And . . . we’re going to have fun.
